Forest Bathing is a slow walk with the intention of experiencing nature through your senses.
The experience is approximately 2 hours and always ends with a tea ceremony which includes pine needle and mountain mint tea, and a treehouse taco made with walnuts.
When you come for a Forest Bathing session:
Plan to leave your phone behind
Forest Bathing is a meditation so talking is minimal
Be prepared to remove your shoes for grounding
